Grounded in nervous system awareness and authentic connection.

for anxiety, chronic stress, depression, and the complexities of being human

IN BOZEMAN, MT & ONLINE ACROSS MONTANA & WASHINGTON

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here

I’m Jill Martin, a holistic, mindfulness-based therapist practicing in Montana and Washington. My approach to therapy is relational and embodied, which means together we will learn to slow down, listening not only to your thoughts but also to the subtle cues of your body and nervous system. I bring a warm, grounded presence and a deep respect for your unique pace and process. I often work with self aware, thoughtful adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, grief, depression, relationship challenges, neurodiversity concerns, existential issues, and the deep work of understanding themselves more deeply.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing or forcing change — it’s about creating a space where you can feel safe to explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape your inner and outer world. Together, we’ll listen to the language of your body and nervous system, cultivating awareness, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, burned out, lonely, down, or in the midst of a major life transition, our sessions will help you slow down, untangle what’s overwhelming, and meet your experience with more steadiness and self-compassion.

I offer traditional talk therapy from a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational depth. Together, we learn to slow down, tune into the body’s cues, regulate your nervous system, and create space for both mind and body to be heard. This means we’ll pay attention not only to your thoughts but also to the signals your body and nervous system are sending. Over time, this awareness helps you move from survival mode — anxiety, shutdown, people-pleasing — into greater balance, resilience, and self-trust.

I offer in-person therapy in Bozeman an online therapy across Montana and Washington. Therapy with me goes beyond symptom relief to support deeper connection — to self, others, and life itself.
